Andrea Babcock’s passion for housing began in 2009 with property management.  Since then, she has assisted with the management of over 1500 units spread throughout the Hudson Valley.  It was only natural for Andrea to use her experience and apply it to real estate and helping others find their forever homes.

Andrea is a lifelong area resident; having grown up in Cornwall-on-Hudson, and living in New Windsor for a number of years before establishing roots in the Town of Newburgh, she has extensive familiarity of the communities in the Mid-Hudson Valley.  Andrea brings quality, care and her knowhow to Howard Hanna Rand Realty.

When Andrea is not busy in her active property management and real estate roles, you can often find her at her son’s travel baseball games or visiting her daughter at college in New York City.
